ABOUT ME

I was born and brought up in Hyderabad, India. Earned Bachelors degree in India, Masters and PhD degrees in the USA with a major in Mechanical Engineering.

My career objective is contribution of state-of-art technology and applications that improve the fuel economy, thermal efficiency, and emissions (exhaust & non-exhaust) of an automotive vehicle

​

Before I undertook the role of Test Engineer/Brake Emissions Specialist at Link Testing Laboratories in 2017, I worked as a Research Associate, Graduate Teaching Assistant, Research Assistant and Innovator-in-Residence. My experience includes

  • Engine instrumentation and testing

  • Mie-scattered fuel spray imaging

  • Identifying source of misfires through image post-processing

  • Flame front detection and combustion luminosity imaging

  • Exhaust emission measurements

  • Engine performance optimization

  • Brake emissions particulate measurements using an inertia-dynamometer test setup

My favorite pastimes include screenplay, direction, and acting in short films; singing, song-writing, and dancing. In addition, I aspire to develop innovative concepts that aid in welfare of the society.
